"Newport Motor Speedway hopes to see you all back in action soon!" Talk about a rough and tough year for teams. This high banked track is a wild ride for the most experienced drivers in the business of stockcar racing. Beat up, banged up, tore up, burned up, smashed up, you name it. For the price at the gate, there is more action on the track and more happening at Newport Motor Speedway than folks can even comprehend from time to time.
