Hi, my name is Keith H. Anderson, Thanks for visting my web site !
I am the photographer for the SEST/SESS/CVR's Racing Series. I was the track photographer at Newport Speedway in E. Tn. for 4 years from 2009 to 2012.
I originally grew up in the state of Kentucky (Russell Springs), and moved to Raleigh/Durham, NC some years ago. I currently reside outside of Asheville, NC in the community of Candler, in the upper Hominy Valley near Pisgah National Forest, in Buncombe County.
As you view some of the galleries on this web site, keep in mind that a lot of the shots were taken over time, some over ten years ago. I’ve been shooting digital photography since 1998. A friend of mine bought a Sony FD-92, so I bought one also. I currently use a Nikon D-7100 w/Tamron SP 70-200mm f/2 8 Di VC lense & Nikon D-40 w/55-200 & 18-55 lenses, with external flash.Software used, Photo Shop E9 & ACDSee Pro Software for editing. I hope to expand my inventory of Nikon products in time.
As a freelance photographer, I have fun getting the best shot as possible. As I always say, if I can get 5 or 10 nice photos out of 100, then I’ve done well for the day.

I wish to express thanks to all the Pro Photographers that I have come into contact with over the years. It’s amazing that I have received so many great tips, and like anyone, we all learn every day. I would also like to thank my cousin Marvin (retired Army Sergeant-Fort Knox, Ky), He gave me the Nikon D-40 camera that I have used since 2009. I would like to thank the Smugmug staff also because I have emailed tons of questions to them and the answers keep coming. Thanks to ALL the racing fans & family! You ALL keep me active.

Enjoy my photography, and email me if you have interest in a photo, or have a question about an image(s) I have displayed in a gallery.

Thanks again,

Keith H. Anderson
